(c) Pricing & Availability

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel. If canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

(d) Payment

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Bank Transfers.

All products remain the property of Shoppingflo until full payment is received.

In case of delayed payments on invoiced orders, interest at 2% per month may be charged on the outstanding balance. If unpaid for more than 60 days, Shoppingflo may initiate recovery through collection agencies or legal proceedings in accordance with Indian law. Additional recovery/legal costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery & Returns

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and logistics partners. We aim to dispatch orders within standard timelines but are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, strikes, or events beyond our control (“force majeure”).

Customers are entitled to returns within 15 days(based on product policy), subject to product condition and our Returns Policy.

Some Services may operate on a subscription basis. Subscription charges will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule as specified during sign‑up.
