Return and refund policies for online shopping in India.

🔄 Shoppingflo – Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

At Shoppingflo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear and transparent policy for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7-30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

  • Only eligible products qualify (see exclusions below).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and personal hygiene products.

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and perishable goods.

  • Discounted or clearance items marked Final Sale.

To initiate a return, email us at support@shoppingflo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality checks.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (details will be collected from you).

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or wrong.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

  • Cancellation requests can be made via email (support@shoppingflo.com).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color variants, subject to stock availability.

  • If unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Termination of Orders

Shoppingflo reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.

  • Payment is not authorized.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
