🔄 Shoppingflo – Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

At Shoppingflo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear and transparent policy for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7-30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

Only eligible products qualify (see exclusions below).
Non-returnable items include:

Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and personal hygiene products.

Cosmetics, skincare, and perishable goods.
-
Discounted or clearance items marked Final Sale.
To initiate a return, email us at support@shoppingflo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality checks.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (details will be collected from you).

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or wrong.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Cancellation requests can be made via email (support@shoppingflo.com).
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or color variants, subject to stock availability.

If unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Termination of Orders
Shoppingflo reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

The product is unavailable or out of stock.
-
Payment is not authorized.
-
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
